Tim and Josh were EXCELLENT! My sons followed both of them around and basically cried when they left. Somehow they were still efficient and did a great job with the repair, went above and beyond on cleaning and checking and then giving me extra things that I was missing. They just gained a loyal customer for life. Canceling my maintenance program with a larger company and forever hanging out with Thermal Services.
