I am happy to share the exceptional experience we had with Thermal Plus in Stevensville MD and highly recommend Ashvin and his exceptional staff for their expert and expedient service. This summer during Corona Virus lockdown, my elderly parents had a homeowner's crisis with both their HVAC and water heater systems simultaneously failing with 100 degrees heat, stormy weather and nowhere for them to safely relocate during the quarantine. I cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am for Thermal Plus. We contacted our home warranty who told us to get an out of network contractor to fix our AC. We did a ****** search and saw all the great reviews from Thermal Plus so I called them on a Monday morning and within an hour Ash was at my house diagnosing the problem with our AC. Our furnace went out last weekend (2/21/2020) and while the temps were in our favor (highs of 50 instead of 30) in the coming week, we were still looking for a skilled technician to come out and assess/repair our issue ASAP. After being given the run around by several other companies Thermal Plus took on my boiler job. They had my heat up and running in a matter of days after the boiler was ordered and delivered. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Awesome job and the price was right. Would highly recommend and use for future heating and air issues.

As a retired mechanical engineer, I am also a loyal customer of Thermal Plus, LLC; The A****** brothers at Thermal Plus are deeply respectful and honest, and trust is a must for me! The A/C - Heat pump in combination with an oil-fired boiler keeps my 1940 home very comfortable even in extreme cold conditions, is economical which is known as a dual system. Just had Ash and his guys install a new ***** heat pump to replace an old ************ that had a coil fail. They were professional, courteous and did a great job of explaining all the options we had with our replacement. His service was great, pricing was fair and they did a great job. Would recommend Ash to anyone.

I would highly recommend Thermal Plus for any and all HVaC work. I contacted Ridgchi after reading several very positive reviews on ******** applauding the company's honesty, true expertise, and attention to detail. He responded promptly and was at my house scoping out a small job (relocating two outdoor air condensers) the next day. I hired them for that job, which they did flawlessly, including cleaning up and reinsulating connector pipes that had not been properly wrapped, though it was beyond the work originally quoted. ... read more

I called left a message on their Facebook page after hours on Friday nite and within a half hour I received and answer and appoint time for Saturday morning. Ash was very professional and let me know what the problem was with pictures included as I was at work. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to all everyone I know
