The entire team from Thermal Glass were amazing. Each person I dealt with were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their product and installation processes. They were on time and completed the project within the timeline set out and left my home clean and in order. The prices quoted were affordable and great quality. Highly recommend this business.
Thermal King Glass is the finest glass and mirror supplier and installer that I have ever used. I have owned 8 homes in Ontario and British Columbia, and have had mirror walls installed in each. Some suppliers were not easy to deal with or had lacklustre results, but not Thermal King. Their professionalism and attention to detail are second to none, but their ability to work a tight schedule and under unusual circumstances with condo access was very much appreciated. I highly recommend.
Better hope nothing goes wrong with your order. Their aftercare is non-existent. They simply don’t care and only interested in getting the balance of your money owing. ETA: yes, I’m absolutely sure I’m reviewing the correct business and yes, you do have a record of my complaint which you chose to ignore and push for payment.
Thermal King are amazing. They were super communicative and helpful on all aspects of my window installation project. They were also able to complete the project within my tight deadline and did a stellar job. Will definitely call them again!
