Ms. Julie Lackie, owner and certified themographer, is very professional. I highly recommend her services. She has a lovely, comfortable office. Before the appointment she sent me a list of dos and don'ts to ensure the clarity and accuracy of the thermal images. When I arrived she was friendly and gracious. Julie calmly and clearly gave me directions for putting on the paper robe and where to stand, lift my arms, tilt my head, turn as she carefully took the thermal images.
