This company was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and explained to me how the cracks could create more serious issues if left unattended. They prided themselves on carefully repairing the cracks and securing my chimney. On top of that, they were attentive to detail and made sure to match the mortar with existing grouting. We had a great experience with TH11 Chimney Inspection & Chimney Cleaning Serv. Ben was very efficient and explained everything as he went along. He did a wonderful job installing a cap on our chimney. Friendly and cost was reasonable. We will use their services again.
