They heat treated for bedbugs and sprayed at least 10 times for wellpower and failed every time they heat treated and sprayed. Well power is thinking of charging me the tenant to heat treating again. I may sue in Denver District. They claimed falsely that I carried possessions out to the car. As a result I received a demand for compliance or possession because of what they claimed. Clark was very unprofessional and rude. Not willing to put my mind to rest by answering any questions with a degree of certainty. Also only recommended to my property management company that since he didn’t find any bugs downstairs there was no need to treat any of my belongings down there. Keep in mind we’re moving in 2 weeks so getting all of my belongings treated was necessary.
