In a 2-story house, we had one system replaced in 2011 and the 2nd in 2019 Although there was an issue with 1st install, it was handled. The problem is that I have tried for the last 4-5 months to make an appointment to repair a drain line. I have left many voicemails and even reached a human once. She said she was out of the office and would call me back to schedule when she got back to the office. I never heard from her and no one has ever returned my messages...EVER! Very poor customer service!

I just want to inform anyone thinking of using thermal ac for anything be ware. I have been a customer for 14 years and have purchased 2 central ac units from the guys. Upon my last purchase I registered my new ac unit on line as the guys from thermal requested to take advantage of the warranty offered with the unit. Along with registering the unit online the warranty requires a yearly servicing of the unit. I have been trying to call thermal ac for 3 months to set up a time to get my new unit serviced.
