I had one of their representatives come to my residents to talk me through the operation of my geo thermal system. He spent 1 hour of his time on location. During that time we discussed the heat exchanger failing on my forced air system and how it needed to be replaced. He said that it would not be covered under warranty and would cost me parts plus labor result in a 3k bill. Nick Reuter and Chase of Thermal Air replaced my leaky water heater and hauled everything away. They came the same day for the estimate and installation. The job was done quick and easy. Nice job.
Nick Reuter was sent out to us in Crookston, the sink was not draining and he fixed the issue and even showed us all the plumbing connections in our basement. Went out of his way to answer some of my questions that did not relate to this service call but related to a possible future service call.
Thermal Air did a fantastic job sizing, sourcing and installing our new HVAC system. Daryl offered key design options to meet our needs. Zach and Jace did an amazing job installing the equipment. The equipment not only works great, they also worked tirelessly to make it look great and had to work around several obstacles to do so.
