This is a hidden gem of a place. It just feels different the moment you walk in. You can sense an energy...and I'm not one for spirituality... Kelly is an amazing masseuse, she caters her technique to what your body needs...She doesn't follow one style, she incorporates from several areas... She's amazing...
I have not been to a spa in some time. However, the level of treatment I received from Brooke was bar to none. I had a clay detox treatment and massage and I was definitely in heaven. The infrared sauna's are wonderful as well. It was a great afternoon for me and felt very detoxified afterwards.

I went to try the saunas a friend had recommended and was very pleasantly surprised. What a peaceful little sanctuary. I tried the regular/dry sauna and infrared sauna and it was very enjoyable. I went on a Monday afternoon and it was nice and quiet. facilities are very well maintained and the staff was friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back to try a massage.
