I had my heater and air conditioner installed by Therma tech last year. It has been a year and the system runs well. The team that came and installed my system worked diligently and carefully. I can tell they do their work with care. Last week I had my first maintenance and the technician Samantha Mercado went above and beyond to ensure all my questions answered and all my concerns addressed. We recently had our 24 year old HVAC system replaced in our home with Carrier 18 SEER variable Heat Pumps and eFurnaces. I had an HVAC issue on a Thursday evening and was able to schedule an appointment online and have someone come diagnose the issue the very next day. They had to order a new part, but it was shipped over the weekend and Therma Tech was back out on Monday morning to replace the part. I was very happy with the service and professionalism.

Really great experience replacing my A/C condenser and coils. No nonsense, good price and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. After dealing with bigger firms first, I'm glad I found these guys.
