Therma Tech should be every Bay Area homeowner's starting point in the search for an HVAC contractor. Jared came out for our annual heating maintenance right on time. Really great guy - friendly, excellent customer service. Did a thorough check and all was good so all set for winter. Highly recommend Therma Tech, best service ever!!!

Arrived on time. Technician was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. He also helped diagnose an airflow problem that our previous HVAC vendor had been unable to figure out. Cost was competitive. Overall, highly recommend.

Outstanding service. They fixed my heater in the attic and replaced my AC unit. They replaced an entire HVAC for a friend along with their AC. The technicians were very professional, proficient and efficient. The costs were reasonable.
