I spoke with Alexis on the phone and after my appointment. She was extremely helpful and informative. Overall it was a very positive experience.
Rickie has cleaned my teeth a few times and is always cheerful, professional, polite, gentle and makes sure to ask if I'm doing okay during my cleaning. She explains any procedures being done or that will be done and always answers any questions I have. She is really amazing at what she does and is extremely personable, courteous and sweet. The girl who greeted me and took my x-ray was also very sweet and informative to the general question (purpose of x-ray) I had. Both the tech and hygienist were great. The tech tried her best to make the X-rays as comfortable as possible. The hygienist gave me the most thorough cleaning I have EVER had. Dr. Soirez was fantastic. I really felt like the health of my mouth was of the utmost importance to her. My exam was extremely thorough. At one point she even called in a hygienist to recheck a small spot she thought may possibly have been missed. I really felt like Dr. Soirez wanted me to leave there with my smile in perfect shape. Dr. Hebert is great! She makes me feel comfortable and always has a great attitude!
Staff was very good and greeting me and cleaning of my teeth and I was taken in 5 minutes before my appointment was scheduled
