After many years as a patient, I have had enough. The woman who is responsible for collecting payment after you have seen the doctor is incredibly rude. It is amazing to me that she continues to be employed there.
Between myself and my parents we have been customers since 1990. Recently I had a weekend eye emergency that Mercy Hospital Ophtalmology group addressed. Not only they addressed the issue but dispelled a diagnosis of my eyes for 10 years from South Hills Eye Associates. I was so perturbed because for 5 years I had to buy Restasis when I did not need it for that long nor could afford it (1K a month). I really liked rhe doctors at South Hills Eye Associates. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with Casey in billing. I hope she doesn’t treat all patients the way I was treated. I’ll be looking for a new doctor’s office.
Everyone was really pleasant and helpful. It made getting an eye exam easy! All my questions were answered.
