Through the Hayes Optometry is hands down the best optical shop in San Francisco. I have been a customer for many years and the service is always top notch. Brandon at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Tam is the best. She is efficient and has always shown that she really cares. The real star at this store is the optician Jessica Cardona. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a very discerning eye for what looks good on me. Great experience. Exam with the doctor was one of the most thorough i’ve ever had. took time to explain what they were doing and answered all of my questions. will be back in a year!
I went to visit Through the Hayes in early January. Had a great time trying on new frames to find my style with the manager. The manager told me they would order the frames I loved but in a different color that I was more drawn to. 2 weeks go by and I never heard from Through the Hayes.
