Kind woman , but do NOT go if you are getting your hair braided without weave, did not have products necessary for hair braiding and deliberately tried to hide my parting in the back of my head by telling me NOT to look at it with Mirror.
Ms Therese is very warm and welcoming. She takes great pride in her work. Her motto is if you are not happy I am not happy. I made an appointment last Saturday for a certain style but changed my mind and opted for another. Being new to the braiding world I didn't understand the type of hair being used could not give me what I was asking for, I was a little disappointed and called MsTherese the next day to see if changes could be made. Ms Therese is so kind, fast and professional. She was able to fit me in last minute for Knotless boho braids and did a wonderful job. I wish I found her sooner. I will definitely be going back.
I cannot recommend Ms. Therese African Hair Braiding enough! Ms. Therese is truly exceptional in every way, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair, or my kids' hair. One of the things I appreciate most is how accommodating she is. Life with kids can be unpredictable, and being able to call last minute and have her fit us in is an absolute lifesaver.
