We worked with Theresa to sell a home in Los Gatos and had an outstanding experience. From the start, we were feeling somewhat overwhelmed, as I was not living locally at the time and had never sold a home before. I have just sold my house in the Almaden area and would like to highly recommend Theresa Wellman as the realtor that you should have sell your house. Theresa has lived in the Almaden area for decades and I was very familiar with her from the time I purchased my house in 1996. Before the post Covid era, Theresa used to come by and visit the neighborhood. I have known Theresa for over 20 years. She has been my realtor 2 times, most recently in helping my sisters and me sell my parents' house in Los Gatos. This was the first time I was a seller, and she answered all of our questions promptly. She also helped us by working with an estate liquidator to help us clear out 60 years worth of furniture and other belongings from the house.
