Dr Theresa is my moms Dr she is great . Called 3 times to this office last 2 weeks , just wanted to know if Dr Thai is in a group so my family member can choose him. All times phone went straight to voice mails , left message nobody returned my call ... They are usually super responsive , what is going on lately ? FYI drs office , you have to return your calls within 48 hrs per HMO s regulations ok ? You both belong to many HMOs please be sure to adhere to their requirements or they will hear about this .
