I've been with Theresa and her team since 2011 and State Farm since 2002. I've had friends recommend other insurance companies but I've never found one that offered the same coverage at a lower price. I spoke with Ruth today and she was just doing a follow up call to make sure someone had called me back yesterday to get my payment info. Every time I speak to someone in the office they are always very helpful and make sure that all my questions are answered.
I think Theresa and her team are very professional and represent State Farm very well. The team is very friendly and willing to take the time to explain things in details. I was with Farmers before switching over to State Farm, the agent from Farmers tried to keep me from cancelling by enticing me with a lower premium than State Farm. It sounded good until you look at the coverage in details, a lot of coverages were removed from my policy. Sneaky dealing. I recommend Theresa and her team from State Farm.
