We purchased downtown Phoenix and are very happy. Living downtown herself, she is knowledgeable of th neighborhoods. She partnered us with a great mortgage broker which allowed for a very smooth loan process. We would recommend her to anyone.

I was very happy with Theresa Krakauer. She helped me find a new home to rent in Arizona. I was new to the area and she made it an easy experience. When we were looking at houses, she not only provided knowledge of the area and school district, but she also informed us of laws we should know regarding renting and owing homes.
