The Elevate Team surpassed all of our expectations in the process of selling our home in The Ponds neighborhood. To begin with our square footage was incorrect based on when we purchased our home 3 1/2 years ago. The extra 124 sq ft meant our home was valued at $24,000 more than we thought possible.
