I had my gum surgery in Jan 2012. The surgery seemed fine; however, their billing department is very tricky. They charged whatever they want. If you need to visit them, make sure you ask them to list and print out all co-pay charge. Personally, I won't recommend this dental clinic.
Dr Cheng wouldn't give me the courtesy of a return phone call after a failed treatment on my mom. My mom paid $2500 for a treatment that failed, and she ultimately lost the tooth. I wonder why Dr Cheng wouldn't call me back.
Dr. Cheng did my sliding tissue graphs, all quadrants. I had no problems during the surgery or during the healing process. She checked in with me over the weekend while I was recovering and made a very unpleasant procedure much easier to endure.It's been almost three years since I had the work done and my gums are doing great and still look healthy. I appreciate her expertise and gentle manner. She is not cheep but well worth the out of pocket expense. My motto is NEVER bargain shop with your health. She is worth every penny... read more
