The appointment went well. I took X-rays from that I was told what the problem was. Then how it will be treated. I also was able to get some of the things I needed while at Dr. Brown's office. Very convenient. I highly recommend Dr Brown if you are having any problems with your feet.
My appointment went fine. The ladies behind the desk were very polite. Fast forward a couple years later...I stopped by to request a copy of the findings in my appointment....I was told the office manager was not there and they could not do it...Dr. Brown advised them to write my name down so she could call me back. She called back and asked me what I needed. She, the office manager, told me she would get them ready, the fees, and I would need to sign a medical release form...I told her that was fine and I would come by to p... read more
The waiting was long but other then that dr was very slow
Staff and Dr. Brown was very good.
This was my first visit, and we all know the first visit to any doctor is a pain in the butt, but this was different. It was like getting to know a new friend. The whole staff was personable and welcoming. The x-ray tech was so patient and gentle with me! I’m glad I chose Dr. Brown to care for my feet!
