I overpaid while waiting for my insurance to pay the claim. I can’t seem to get my money back from them. Office manager won’t give me a straight answer. Very rude and will not be back
They overcharge for everything try to do work thats not needed bad mouthing other dentists the whole time your in there the receptionist is snobby rude and schedules your appointments without even asking if it's ok or when u may need it they are so slow at everything and my daughter is still having problems from a filling they did over a year ago she deserves zero stars
I broke one of my front teeth and called this office trying to get an emergency appointment because my normal dentist was on vacation. They were very nice and worked me in immediately. I had always been very nervous going to the dentist but Dr Browder was very sweet and reassuring and went out of her way to make me comfortable. She did a great job fixing my tooth too. I will be coming back to her in the future.
