Genisa Charles has been helping me for almost a year. She always knows what to say to help me in any situation. I have had three excellent therapists over the years who were really good. I would rate her the number one excellence spot. She has taught me to cope with any situation and she really listens to me. I have depression and anxiety problems since I was a child. With Gesina I have had the most success and progress.
I highly recommend her. She is a great person with a listing ear and no judgement. I’ve been going through a lot of things mentally and she had helped me get though a lot of things with a goal set in the end.
