I would like to start off with Ayanna McNeil is great! I am so thankful for her services and support. She has helped me through transitions, relationships, work, trauma, etc. Unfortunately, my issue with the company is the receptionist. Mrs. Foster is the best, hands down! I love the environment and interactions.
When we did my consultation, she was 18 minutes late. For a company with a strict late/no show policy. You expect this from your patients but not staff. My official first session and my therapist McNeil, not a doctor in my eyes, very unprofessionally No call/No shows. She didn’t even email me. She TEXT me Sunday morning asking if I would like to have a session same day. What’s the point in scheduling the appointment? -I do not recommend. Now seeing that she has two negative reviews. Janet is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is kind caring and compassionate.
I heard really great reviews on the facility. The office was horrible at returning calls or messages. It was an entire month and I had to call back again for them to tell me they are no longer seeing children under a certain age after they began service there for 3 appointments with Ms McNeil. Highly unprofessional.
