Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. My husband called her and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday over the phone. Never received any type of confirmation email/text for documentation just the agreement over the phone. He showed up waited over an hour but she was on a phone call the whole time according to the receptionist that was there.
