Total disaster of basic operations...drove 40min for the first evaluation appointment, there's no front staff, only a tablet to sign in which says wait for your therapist to come and get you. After waiting and waiting and no one coming for us, finally found a random person and asked what's going on who went to the back and came back to notify us that they had double booked us meaning we have NO appointment and our only option is to wait to be seen later when the therapist becomes available...so much for the customer service ... read more
My son is under the care of Ms. Evann and Ms. Hayden, and we appreciate them both so much. They are excellent therapists who provide not only skilled support but genuine comfort. They work tirelessly to help him reach his goals and consistently identify what methods help him learn in the way that’s best for him. Their dedication has made a meaningful difference in his progress!
Really great staff! My daughter learned so much just in the evaluation. However, I wished they catered more to students who have school during the day. Your kiddo might miss school a lot due to less scheduleling options.
My eleven month-old was experiencing delayed development with his right side. We started seeing Dana, and ever since, every single week is a wonderful experience! My baby couldn’t even sit up, and less than six weeks later, he’s pulling himself to stand on his own, grasping with that right side, and crawling! Dana makes every visit fun, treats my baby as if he were her own with such tenderness and affection, and helps instruct me on exercises to do at home with him to improve his development daily.
