I’d been taking therapy with my daughters and were always been threatening properly. Any paperwork I need, they provide it to me on time also any changes on our appointments I always receive a text or a call. It’s a trusted place to go!

Went in for one appointment,next time I went I stopped in the office as I forgot the suite number of my therapist ,there was no one in the office, over ten minutes waiting and calling. Instead of giving me my HEPA paperwork my first time there he sat in that office talking to some woman like I was not even there, the guy running it is rude and unprofessional.

If I could give it a zero star I would. I've had two therapists here in a two weeks. The first dropped me as a patient and stopped responding to me and removed Me from the schedule without letting me know just because I disagreed with him. The second just didn't send me the telehealth link. As someone who's been in therapy since I was teen I advise everyone STAY AWAY from here the clinicians are incredibly unprofessional.

So I see this therapy place just doesn't respond to bad reviews, although in their responses to good reviews, they state that, "don't hesitate to let us know anything we can improve" . Sounds like a Mickey Mouse operation for what we expect to be professionals, from the sound of the negative reviews.

I made an appointment and the therapist No Showed me (stood me up). I tried calling the office multiple times, sending an email, and leaving a voicemail to nothing in return. Very unprofessional!
