I haven't noticed any improvement in my son's speech or comprehension skills, which are the main goals of his therapy. He only receives services for 15 minutes once a week, and it feels like a waste because they're just using a program I already purchased myself to use at home. Because of this, I had to find and pay for additional services elsewhere. In my opinion, 15 minutes a week spent playing online games or watching YouTube videos isn’t effective. Our speech therapist Anu is a miracle worker. She has been such an important part of our path. 6 months ago my kid knew 10 words. Today he is at a little over 100 she has empowered me every step of the way and the therapy lounge center staff has been SO sweet to me even through insurance changes and other referrals. Thank you for being apart of our lives
Its an amazing company they really dedicate there time to their clients and workers. As a company whenever you need help they make sure to give you the proper needs to help you accomplish your goals. An amazing company to work with and be part of.
. If I could give it no stars I would. I had a horrible unprofessional experience with staff and supervisors are very inexperience and will not be returning. I recommend you seek help elsewhere !
My son has been on his speech journey for years now. His therapist Ms.Stevie is amazing at what she does. She has patience is kind and most of all she makes sure my son learns while having fun. We do telehealth/speech online at the comfort of our home a safe place for my son. There are days where he is having a rough day and she makes sure to calm him down or start session with something that interest him and makes session fun for him.We love our sessions with Ms.Stevie.
