Edit: After NOT returning phone calls or communicating with me for ten days, Therapy Link replied to my review within 90 minutes!!! Sad that they can publicly respond so quickly but can’t take the time to actually call me back after being a patient for 2 years. However, their reply is not accurate. Anastacia is a great speech therapist. Me and my son love and appreciate her so much! She makes us feel comfortable and is also bilingual! Which helps so much for us as a family because we want our son to learn Spanish first! Would definitely recommend any parent who’s struggling with speech with their littles. 👍🏼

My experience with Speech Therapy Link in Fresno was extremely disappointing, particularly in how communication, scheduling challenges, and concerns about my child’s services were handled. As a parent, I expect a pediatric therapy provider to communicate with families respectfully and to recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occur.
