I had bad experience with this group, actually to be specific, with Dr. Jennifer Tollefson. I mentioned about her name, because she may not represent the whole group. I had 2 sessions with her, 90 minutes, spent $400 and did not get any help needed, since she only ask questions in sessions. I did not even get a diagnosis and treatment plan (I requested, but get no reply). Does she care about patient or what? Or she does is lacking of experience. I really wanted to like and give this place a chance, but My first therapy session was not so good. I am in a low period of my life, and for my appointment to only consist of me talking for 12 mins , and the rest of our time focusing on payment made me feel like I was paying her for nothing. It made me feel more exhausted and not person centered. Shelly referred me to a doctor office in the building and didnt even bother to show me where it was and just made it seem very rushed.
