Whenever anything hurts I go to Liz. She has used her intuition and experience to loosen restrictions in my back, hips and everywhere else to help me be a better athlete and live a fuller, less painful life. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to feel better (i.e. everyone). Therapy at the Beach is in a convenient location with comfortable, peaceful spaces and nice artwork and decor too!
My facial was so awesome that my friends thought I was wearing make-up when in reality I had no make-up on at all! My skin has never felt better or been more radiant than after my treatments with Dawn. She took the time to listen to the challenges I have with my skin and was very knowledgeable about recommending products that would be best suited for my skin type.
Steve Caldwell is amazing at working on your body in the way that you need. Highly recommend.
