I went to therapy at the beach today. I saw Liz, she did an amazing job on a massage and slow-release to the muscles I feel 110% better I definitely back.
I was having major back, shoulder and neck issues. Steve recommended treating my pain and discomfort with the EPAT machine. It worked wonders!! After just a couple treatments I have had so much relief!! Thank you Steve and Therapy at the Beach!
Best massage at the beach or anywhere for that matter. No comparison if you need some relief and respite and Ive had massages all across the country. Steve can help find the source of the problem, address the concern and leave you feeling better than you thought you could! He also offers helpful tips for follow up and stretching. So thankful!!!

I had myofascial release therapy with Liz this week. She was highly recommended by friends including one of my doctors. She is well trained, professional, easy to talk with and she listens. She is dedicated to her work and demonstrates a genuine caring for her patients. She even sent me a follow up email the next day to see how I was feeling - that really impressed me! I have already scheduled a followup appointment.
There are no words to describe my gratitude to Liz Guida and Steve Caldwell for the wonderful care and intervention I have been receiving as a patient of the practice. After falling and sustaining 2 fractures, I was in terrible pain, and seeking a non-pharmaceutical approach to healing.
