I'm sure they did something so I will give them an extra star for that. This was supposed to be a once a week PT service in a nursing home however I was billed for 7 Days of Service over just 14 days. It took a couple of months to get an invoice, so I wasn't aware there were so many extra visits. Also the therapist assuring my mother would walk again in just a few weeks after failing to gain any progress after 2 months in rehab didn't do her any favors and just made my life more difficult with her unrealistic expectations.
