Great company, I live in henderson county so apparently my children haven't had a Speech Therapist since 2022 and physical therapist really didn't want to work them. And they pretty much wrote us off. We need services bad. In my town there is not a near by clinic for therapy. It is very frustrating when you live next malakoff and athens tx. Allie and Brianne with ST were AMAZING. They were patient and worked well with my daughter. They would get 5 stars alone. But the billing structure is HORRIBLE. It’s obvious they only care about money, not the families or patients. Because of insurance and deductibles, we had to pay $114/visit until we met our deductible. We understood this and we started in April. I got the first bill in JULY. Which is fine, I understand insurance probably just got it back to them. Wonderful, ethical company who lives out the core values!
Such a great company with awesome employers!! The processing portion was really quick and smooth. They really take the time to understand what your child needs help with. They are very patient with each child. My youngest son was very shy and stubborn. After the first couple of visits, he LOVES his therapy time! My daughter calls her therapist a friend and I have seen so much progress with both my children! My oldest son was so comfortable with his therapist that he completed his therapy in only a couple of months!! Such a g... read more
Love how gentle they are with my baby girl! All her therapists have amazing attitudes they are great , would highly recommend them
