We were excited to start my son’s therapy here because of the great reviews. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience at the Aurora location. We found his therapist distant and uninterested in my son. They never set goals for him or even distinguished his strengths and weaknesses. Speech therapist just kept saying words like “up” & “down” but my son talks in 3-4 word sentences. I wasn't expecting to get much out of occupational therapy, but in a matter of ten sessions Miss Bailee helped me through so much. Her coping recommendations suited my needs to a T. I genuinely don't know how she did it.
My 9 year old daughter has been seeing Lauren A. and she’s had a great experience. Lauren makes OT incredibly fun while still strengthening my daughters skills. She works on OT both physically and emotionally, which I really appreciate. She looks at the child as a whole package instead of only focusing on what challenges they are physically struggling with.
