Fardis at Therapia was excellent at helping me recover from my back injury. Over time my pain eased and my ability to move increased. The treatment combined with daily exercises were easy to follow. I've now eased back into pilates and feeling great. A very positive experience.
I have been going to Therapia Sports and Spine for about 6 weeks to help with my chronic lower back pain. I have noticed a huge improvement in my flexibility and am feeling a lot less pain throughout the day. They have curated a tailored program to suit my personal needs and I have had a very good experience so far.
I've been seeing Dev at Therapia physio in Adelaide for a few weeks and have had great results so far. I'm back running without any knee or hip pain and have learnt a heap as well so that I can maintain this into the future. He takes the time to understand and treat the underlying problems rather than just treating the symptoms and is also great for a chat and laugh. The clinic has a lovely feel about it and everyone there is kind and welcoming.

Got referred to Therapia by my GP for lower back pain from an office job. Fardis has been really great with the treatments and exercises. He is friendly, listens well and really works to fix the underlying issues, not just the immediate symptoms.
