Rachel a very good job using passive stretching along with detailed massage. Feel much better after she works on me!
Very professional-Listened well-Very effective result
I really enjoyed my massage with Rachel. It was very different from any massage I've had in the past, but I felt it was also more effective in addressing the concerns I raised during the initial consultation. I travel a lot for work, but hope to schedule more regular visits when I am in town.
Amazing! This is a focused massage which is exactly what I needed. It was more than that actually. She explained everything and gave me exercises to do to help release the tension. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
