Today was my 2nd session with RACHEL for severe sore & tight neck/back muscle issues. And, she will be working on me weekly through Dec (except T.G. week). Her technique is already helping to loosen up my neck some. We’re concentrating on that now to get to where she can work on my mid-back, then whole body. If anyone has similar issues, give RACHEL a try!
