It I could give no stars I would. I have been clean for over two years with clean UAs, I switched jobs and accidentally came in a day early, they took my weekly carries away, and my weekend carries!, telling me that they won’t dose me on Sunday. They have great people working here but they are getting too popular.
The person who is supposed to be doing my assessment is literally making calls and doing anything she can to put me off. My appointment was supposed to start ten minutes ago. I've been harassed for cigarettes in the lobby and now get to listen to a baby crying. I was here 30 minutes early. Only reason they get two stars instead of 1 is because my therapist is awesome. I'm really hungry but they don't care I think they want me to fail my assessment before it even starts.
I've never seen such an inefficient, unproductive mess in my entire life. Lines build up around the building, they make you wait outside in the rain, workers stroll in 10 min late daily, then proceed to sit down and pull out their cell phones while the line just grows and grows. One lady comes in every morning late and proceeds to OCD clean her entire area for 20 min before opening her line, as if anything is even there?Meanwhile the staff are cracking jokes and doing everything except opening their lines and actually workin... read more
