The negative reviews are mostly people that push the limits of their program and try to game the system. Yes there is hope you have to jump through when you start and precovid there were a lot more of them. Now they have streamlined the system so aslong as you are stable and showing up when your supposed to it’s as simple as spending a few minutes at a time you choose between 6am-12pm waiting to get your meds and go once or twice a month. i’ve been to a few of these clinics in my life, This is a really good one. I got off to a slow start though. Hint: *make sure the doctor is in that day, if you want to get it done fast!. and if you’re trying to get on meds the same day, get there real early. Staff is friendly, patient, Doctor is amazing, Only good to say after three months.
This place is outright terrible. Susan and the other lady at the dispensary don't seem to know what's supposed to be done and have to keep trying to get a hold of supervisors who is rarely ever reachable so you end up waiting for hours since they can't make up a decision by themselves. Why are they there if they can't handle minor issues/concerns or questions when it comes to medication. They outrightly treat you like you are worthless and don't care if you miss your doses as long as the supervisors don't step in. Stay away ... read more
This place saved my life. All the staff is kind, professional, and strives to help without any judgement.
I don't know whose brilliant idea it was to merge Suboxone treatment with DUI evaluations, but please shut this place down ASAP. I came in to get a DUI assessment and left feeling like I was lumped in with the pock faced zombies roaming the parking lot.
