On day 2 of my ankle sprain, Lindsy suggested I come in right away for some physical therapy. When I walked in, I was wearing an ankle brace and was not able to bear much weight on that ankle. I left an hour later with no brace and walking with NO LIMP! I was shocked at the difference one treatment could have, especially since I was told by urgent care to only go to PT only if my ankle wasn't healing. We went for a hike on the Lacamas Creek Trail today. First hike I’ve done since I started PT a few weeks ago to deal with the continuing leg issues I’ve been dealing with since the motorcycle crash in 2004. My PT has been amazing and while not pain-free yet, Bill & I hiked 2 miles of moderately challenging trails. I am SO excited at my progress. Thanks Lindsy for your amazing assistance in helping me make this progress. More happy trails ahead!!
Lindsy treated my shoulder and hand pain. Her treatment plan was efficient and very effective. The support staff at the office is also very professional. Highly recommend!!
