Had been to two other PT's for a shoulder issue - felt like I was flailing around for over 2 years - no results and endless frustration and constant pain. I was having trouble staying healthy when I run. My hamstring kept giving me trouble. I saw Tina for a few visits and she helped me find out where my muscle imbalances were. We stretched what was tight and strengthened what was weak and now I have no pain and am running the way I want to. I received great care and am very glad I went!
I had never been in physical therapy, can't say I ever wanted to be. I'm so grateful that I ended up here, Jennifer and the entire crew made it an amazing experience, patiently putting up with me through all the ups and downs of my 3 month healing process. Genuinely good people, always put me in a better mood, if ya gotta deal with it, this is the place to do it.
