RecommendedI've had surgeries on both knees, one ankle and a leg so I've seen a couple PT's in my day and this crew is great from the folks at the front desk, all the interns and especially the PTs. They offer a great variety of approaches, listen to feed back and provided it honestly and gently when you need it, should you start slacking ;-)
This clinic is the best! Their staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. I have been going here for the past 1 1/2 years. The past six months focusing on my after care therapy for my shoulder after surgery. They assembled a wonderful plan to best suit my healing process. Very pleased with the outcome!!!
I have been to TAI Bethany for a few different challenges, with wonderful experiences each time. I worked with Jessica and Stephanie on prenatal lower back/sciatic pain as well as preparing a plan for natural childbirth. Then I came back postpartum for recovery from both a diastasis symphysis pubis and diastasis recti. I highly recommend them for anything related to pelvic floor health!
My 6 year old loves coming here for PT! She has a neurogenic bladder and they give her exercises to strengthen her pelvic floor and tangible creative ideas for going to school and dealing with pottying issues. One of my daughters favorite things to do is "Jelly Belly", an ultrasound of her bladder where she can see if she's tightening the appropriate muscles or not. I have gone her a couple of times And I have finished both times With my PT feeling so much better and at The same time a lot of knowledge to help Me on my home maintenance.

Jess & Essie are an amazing team! I've seen them for about 6 weeks now and have been so happy with the improvement I've seen for my diastisis. I love their whole-body approach and I can't recommend them highly enough.
