Doesn't work-cold lasts less than 8 minutes and pack does not get cold enough after 2 hours in a sub z freezer. Ideal for air freshner not this. no reply from csr. returning product

Sports pack spilt at seam after only 5 weeks. I have e-mailed customer care twice and haven't received any communication back. I haven't returned it to Boots where I purchased it, as I thought TheraPearl would rather deal with it. When it split, balls went everywhere and were a mess. I only had it for 5 weeks - very disappointing product and very poor customer service.
