Bought a knee therapearl knee pack and it is great for shape but we didn’t understand how it only stayed cold for 5 mins the. We finally realized it has a tear in it. My husband threw away the box but I have the receipt . Help we need this pack for my 12 year old who dislocated her knee.

I purchased the TheraPearl Hot & Cold Back Wrap, and after just one week, the wrap developed holes in three different places. I expected this product to be much better quality than what we got, and although it worked great for one week, it's not worth paying another $15+ to keep replacing it. I contacted TheraPearl via email and also through their website form three weeks ago, and still have not received a response.
Recommendedhelps but there isn't enough beads in the wrist wrap. needs more so it can get colder.

I purchased a back wrap in May and used it mostly on the heat mode and it worked fine...The end of July when I heated the pack the plastic split and I had pearls all over the microwave...I contacted customer service with the problem and they asked me several questions and wanted a picture of the split which I sent them...2 days ago I received a replacement pack which looks to be a newer model with better features...I am a happy camper...

I gotta tell ya this therapearl back wrap is the worst hot/cold pack I have ever had for my back. I’ve left it in the freezer as long as overnight and only get about 7-10 minutes of cold therapy before the cold goes away and is useless. It’s the biggest waste of money ever!!! I don’t recommend it to anyone, well maybe a child’s sore but even then I doubt it’s worth the exorbitant price they ask for it. I’d take it back but the Fred Meyers in Brookings oregon won’t take back a used product.... DO NOT WASTE YOU $$$$!!!! These ... read more
