Disappointing first experience. Did full blood draw instead of pin prick like they advertised and the app won't post my results because it cannot handle a space in my married name. Furthermore- the app (if it were working) posts my results with just a name and DOB as authentication! Where is the security there (and thank goodness my name is not John Smith!)? My insurance covers 100% of my labs so the price is not compelling and I drove 35 miles rt to Palo Alto to the lab (vs. my regular lab 2 min. away in Los Gatos) and ende... read more
