Terrible network! None of the best therapists accept it! Cheap insurance like some Medicare or Medicaid bullshit!
Delt with the insurance side for years didn't have problems. Then 2024 their fax machine not working for weeks?? Call them to get the script. approved? Got nasty people on the phone saying fax broke nothing they can do & stop calling? Wish Ford had another choice for PT insurance.
This company is not helpful at all! I have cancer since 2019.
It's been a while since I've had my twisted, painful ankle treated there back to normal in shorter than the normal treatment duration, and that's what I was there for! (I was looking up this place now for the address to recommend it to my wife for her foot pain, and I couldn't believe some of the bad reviews, but hey, everyone is entitled to say anything even if the may have had a bad day!)
Theramatrix is only allowing 4 viisits at a time, then I have to get a new Perscription. I am Very frustrated with Chrysler for even using it. I usually have 60 visits per injury. I have to keep getting scripts every 4 visits.
