My wife and I thought we would try theo’s, bad move, place is a shithole, service was the worst, should have served myself, food took forever to get, once the food did come , 30 minutes later, it was terrible. I will never step foot in this garbage dump ever again, should close this place and bring back the dairy .
RecommendedI’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been perfect!! Tonight we came in and noticed the new flooring. Absolutely beautiful!!! I love all the new improvements. Very clean, cozy atmosphere, food is delicious. Scott, you have done wonders to this place. Best place to eat (in Arcade, NY) By far!!!!
I stopped by my old favorite place to eat since moving to Florida many years ago. Server was ok but I sent back burnt pizza logs. She brought me back new burnt pizza logs. Well needless to say I couldn’t eat them. I fed them to the dog, poor thing. Then I went to the counter to purchase maple syrup and the old lady at the register ignored me. I left... won’t EVER be back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I apologize for what has happened tonight. This is not Theos standard, at all. I am going to be directly messaging you on here.
The service was not good at all. Our waitress rarely checked on us, left our drinks empty, and when we asked for anything in addition, like lemon for my fish, or fries that were supposed to come with my boyfriend’s meal, the server acted like it was an inconvenience to her... and my fish fry was slimey and had hair in it. I will not be going back there.

Great service, friendly, and the food was friggin awesome. Spinach artichoke chicken ef yeah! Dakota was a great server!
Ordered from Theo's today with my kids and my mom. The bill I thought was rather pricey (almost 60.00 for 5 of us) and didn't seem to understand what a chicken and cheese taco included. The individual that took the order didn't tell my mom the tacos were a dinner when that isn't what we wanted or indicated. The Mac and cheese looked awful and my step-daughter didn't like it. We are definitely not ordering from there again.
