I was a brand new client looking to book with Andrea. I made an appointment about 3 weeks ahead of time. They canceled my appointment a few days before because apparently she decided to change her schedule and was not honoring the appointments she already had booked. I was very specific with the receptionist that called me to cancel and reschedule that I only had certain days of the week that would fit my schedule and and she was not listening and kept trying to book me for mornings and evenings even though I told her repeat... read more

To be fair, our stylist became unavailable due to scheduling changes that had to be made in keeping with social distancing. This was explained to Kelly repeatedly by our receptionist, who apologized for the inconvenience and made every attempt to accommodate her by offering multiple alternative scheduling options while remaining polite in spite of Kelly's aggressive behavior on the phone. I got a perm for the first time ever and Gavin did such an amazing job . . I'll definitely be goin back and I plan on bringin my daughter there to get her hair done ! !
