Extremely disappointed with our experience. My daughter hasn’t even received her dress yet, and this entire process has felt like a bait-and-switch car sales tactic. We spent a significant amount of money on a gown that she may not even get to wear. I had such an amazing experience finding my dream dress! Everyone was so kind and you can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. I cam in looking for one specific dress and left with a dress that was perfect in every single way that they just happened to pull for me that day!
