I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from these guys! They have absolutely no customer service. They don't return phone calls. They don't respond to emails. They just took my money and that was that! I will be getting the word out about these guys through all my Harley forums, and social media. I didn't even want to give them one star, but I had to so I could post this review.
Took my money never sent product. Never answer or return phone calks or messages. Stay away. Buyers beware
They do not answer the phone even when opened. Someone made a fraudulent charge on my credit card and I cannot speak to a real person at the company. I have called numerous times. They leave you on hold for up to 15 minutes at a time to then tell you that you called after business hours when in fact it is during business hours according to their website. Had to leave at least 1 star...they didn't deserve that. BEWARE!
Non existent customer service. Don't waste your time with these losers. I ordered a simple oil wrench which they predicted would take two weeks for me to receive. I'm going on week three now and still nothing, no notice, update or anything. They don't list the hours of operation on their website. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to anything. This company is worthless.
My experience has been horrible. The customer services is worthless. I have an item that I purchased from them and have done everything they have told me to and no return calls. I have been trying almost 2 months now. The item that I purchased was a Nuclear Ball by Sports Stuff/ Kwik Tek. My son was inside of the Nuclear Ball when it burst and could hardly get out of it.
